The support hour is for content updates; unused time does not roll over. Fixing errors caused by TESSEN does not use this hour. The domain is paid for separately.

How we launch your website⁠.

  1. Discussing your brief

    You tell us about your business and offer. We agree the page scope, timeline and contract. The first payment of 3,400 ₽ is made before work begins.

  2. Preparing content and design

    We write the copy, prepare images and present the page design. You check the information and collect your feedback — one revision round is included.

  3. Building and publishing

    We build the website and connect the form, Metrica, your domain and SSL. The first paid month starts on the day of publication.

Allow around 5–7 working days for launch after scope approval, receipt of information and the first payment. We confirm the exact timeline before work begins.

Need to update a price, replace a photo or add something new? Get in touch. We help with everyday updates and discuss how to develop your website further.

Helping with everyday updates

Your subscription includes up to one hour of updates per month: copy, photos, prices and contacts within existing sections. Just send us what needs changing.

Launching a new service, adding a section or connecting another system? We discuss a solution and agree the scope, price and timeline beforehand.

We also continue to handle hosting, SSL, backups and technical availability monitoring.

Discuss additions
BUYOUT

You can take ownership of the site⁠.

You can buy out your website as soon as it launches. Each fully paid and completed month reduces the buyout price. An exact buyout calculation is available on request.

24 months

After 24 paid and completed months, we transfer the website at no extra charge.

On transfer, you receive the website files and instructions for hosting elsewhere. Further support can be ordered separately. The buyout and rights-transfer process is set out in the contract.

QUESTIONS

What to know before starting⁠.

Can I stop the subscription?

Yes, there is no minimum term. Without buyout, hosting ends at the end of the paid month. You do not have to pay the remaining buyout amount. Your domain and supplied materials remain yours.

Can I edit the website myself?

The website is coded without a CMS. During the subscription, TESSEN updates copy and imagery at your request. After buyout, you can hand the website to another developer.

Which costs are separate?

Domain registration and renewal are separate. New pages, sections, features, integrations, work beyond the included hour and paid assets require prior agreement. Advertising and SEO promotion are not included.
